Interior Restaurant Concept Design
This is modern design concept of restaurant food and bar, designed by Karim Rashid, who emphasized the changing seasons. Four is a restaurant whose food emphasizes the changing seasons. Every 13 weeks, a new menu is introduced, based on local produce and ingredients. The interior reflects this concept by dividing the space into four main areas, each capturing the colors and light of a specific season. The lounge is inspired by spring, with its bright lime green fabric and custom printed carpet in raspberry, cream, and light pink. This smoothly changes to summer in the bar area, where orange hues are combined with warm ambient lighting and a large projection screen displaying abstract images of nature. The coziness of fall is conveyed in the dining room with wooden ceilings and floors and warm gold furniture. The private dining booths in the winter area are surrounded by seamless white ceilings and walls that create a sensation of being in an endless space, and a digital fireplace hangs from the ceiling. The restaurant’s concept is communicated to the outside world by moving images of blossoming flowers, seas, falling leaves, snowfields projected on to screens along the road
